For Birth Announcement Signs (Storks), we’ll need all the essential baby information like the baby’s first and middle name, date of birth, weight, and length. And for our other signs, such as Stars, Dog Bones, and Cat Signs, let us know the special message you want to display. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we’ll also need your contact information, including names, addresses, and the best way to reach you.

We’ll handle the delivery, installation, and pick-up of your sign at the end of the rental period. Just a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that all payments are completed 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to ensure a smooth process.

Oh, and here’s some exciting news! We leave behind any personalized bundles, star signs, or pet signs as keepsakes for you to cherish. However, please note that generic bundles are not left behind.

Q: Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

A: To ensure proper installation and display of our signs, we require a traditional residential lawn. This means an open grassy area without obstructions like rocks, concrete, flower beds, or landscaping. We can’t install signs near public utility boxes or other city-owned structures. Our team will stake the sign securely in the ground. If you have any questions or specific requirements, please reach out to us!

Q: When should I reserve a stork?

A: We’re here to help you announce your new arrival! If you have a scheduled delivery, it’s best to book in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. But if it’s a surprise arrival, don’t worry! Just give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll do our best to install the stork sign before the family returns home from the hospital. We usually deliver within 24-48 hours. If you’ve submitted a form, we’ll call to confirm and take payment. If you haven’t heard from us, please give us a call during our operating hours. We can’t wait to help celebrate your bundle of joy!

Q: How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

A: Looking for a special way to announce your new bundle of joy? You can rent our adorable stork sign for a full 7 days for birth announcements. This allows your family and friends to enjoy the sign too. If you’re planning an event like Baby Showers, Gender Reveals or Sip & Sees, you can rent it for one day to add a touch of whimsy. Contact us to learn more about renting a stork sign for your precious newborn!

Q: Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

A: We want to make sure your stork sign is perfectly placed for all those special moments and photo ops. By default, we stake the sign in the front yard where it’s easily visible from the road. But if you have a specific location in mind, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your happiness with the sign’s placement is our priority!

Q: How do I place my order? How do I pay for your service?

A: Placing an order is super easy! You can fill out our online form, give us a call, send us a text, or email us. We send a square invoice once we have all the information. Once payment is received, we’ll reserve your sign and prepare it for delivery. Just remember, full payment must be made before we can schedule the sign delivery.

Q: How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

A: Our new baby stork signs are available for just $100, and they come with a personalized bundle that you can keep as a sweet memento. For deliveries within 15 miles of our base, there’s a $15 fee. If you’re located farther out, up to 25 miles, there’s an additional $25 charge. Don’t worry about setup and pickup – we take care of everything. It’s all about making your experience hassle-free while celebrating your little one!

Q: How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

A: Want to include the whole family in the celebration? Our sibling star signs, message signs, dog bones, and cat signs are available for just $25 each. You can personalize them with your own message, and they’ll be left behind as keepsakes at the end of the rental period. We offer them in both pink and blue, so everyone can join in on the fun. Q: What service do you offer for twins, triplets, and quadruplets?

A: Congratulations on the multiple blessings! We offer separate stork signs for each baby. That’s right, each bundle carries the details of each precious little one. Contact us to learn more about our special offer for multiple births!

Q: What signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

A: Becoming a grandparent is an incredible moment, and we want to help you announce it to the world! We offer stork signs for proud grandparents, starting at $90 for generic bundles or $100 for personalized bundles. We offer a discount of $25 on the order if you order a stork for the parents and another for the grandparents. The signs can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard to share the exciting news with your community. The personalized bundles include the baby’s details and serve as keepsakes when we pick up the signs. Reach out to us for more information on renting a stork sign for your grandbaby announcement.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We always strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability. If any issues arise with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. You’re eligible for a full refund if extreme weather prevents setup. Unfortunately, we can’t provide a refund if we can’t access a gated community if the homeowner doesn’t allow setup, or if the location doesn’t have a traditional lawn. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our service.

In case the weather takes a turn for the worse, we may need to take down your sign from your yard. This is to ensure that it doesn’t get carried away by strong winds, potentially causing damage to your property or your neighbors’. Please note that if we have to remove the sign early due to a Tropical Storm or Hurricane warning issued by the National Hurricane Center, we won’t be able to offer refunds. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
